The New Zealand Truffle Association (NZTA) is the national voice for the truffle industry in Aotearoa New Zealand. We bring together growers, producers, truffle dog teams, researchers, and industry partners who are committed to building a strong, sustainable, and commercially successful truffle sector.

We are a practical, collaborative community – grounded in real-world experience and driven by a shared goal: to grow world-class New Zealand truffles.

Our members range from first-time growers establishing new truffières to experienced producers harvesting established orchards (truffières), along with the scientists, educators, and specialist dog teams who support them. What We Do
